Buffalo Grove, Ill. (October 24, 2007) - As IPA enters its 16th year, the Executive Director of Human Resources Larry Lang celebrated his milestone 15th anniversary with the company this past month.

Lang has been with IPA since 1992 and is currently the Executive Director of Human Resources for IPA and its related companies. He has also held the position as a Director on the board for IPA’s charitable foundation, IPA Charities, since its inception. For the past three years, Lang has been responsible for the human resource needs of 1,800 employees, while providing strategic direction for the company’s human resource initiatives. As such, he participates in organizational change, management development and the execution of human resource systems. Throughout his career at IPA, Lang has held positions as a consultant, project manager and senior project manager in the consulting services department, as well as, holding a senior management position in the IPA AI Services Department. Lang holds professional certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in marketing and more than 40 years in business experience.
