IPA Announces Business of the Year Award

Buffalo Grove, Ill. (October 29, 2007) - IPA’s Business Today, IPA's official publication, announced that it is seeking nominees for its annual Business of the Year Awards.

The awards are presented to exemplary businesses with strong commitments to innovative business practices and strategies, outstanding workmanship, professional growth and advancement opportunities, employee retention, teamwork and community involvement. Businesses will be recognized for overall company growth, succession plans, family involvement, community involvement and business ethics.

Grand prize winners will be honored at the 2008 IPA Celebration of Success in Las Vegas including a two-night hotel stay. The gala event includes a black tie dinner and a surprise guest speaker. Former guest speakers at the event include Henry Kissinger, President Bill Clinton, President George H. Bush, President Gerald Ford and Senator Bob Dole. All award recipients will be featured in an issue of IPA’s Business Today magazine, receive a Business of the Year Award plaque and headline in a nationally distributed press release.

Any small to medium-size privately held business in the United States or Canada may be nominated.
